Day 1: Addis Ababa – Kombolcha: Enjoy the escarpment of the Rift Valley and visit Sembete Market, on the way to Kombolcha. Dinner and Overnight in a hotel.

Day 2:Kombolcha-Mekelle.drive to Mekelle , Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

Day 3: Mekelle-Berhaile-Hamedela drives through Berhaile to Hamedela. Overnight camping in Hamedela

Day 4: Hamedela drive to see the salt bar mine and camel caravans. Overnight camping in Hamedela

Day 5: Hamedela-DalloldriveDallol area to visit the colorful area. Overnight camping in Dallol

Day 6: Dallol full day visit of Dallol. Overnight camping in Dallol.

Day 7: Dallol- Hamedela drive back to Hamedela Dinner and overnight camping in Hamedela.

Day 8: Hamedela- Berhaile- Mekelle: – drive through Berhaile to Mekelle on the way admiring the camel caravans. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

Erta Ale (volcanic lake) 

Day 1: Addis Ababa- Semera. Dinner and over night in a hotel.

Day 2: Semera -Afdera- Dodom. Overnight camping.

Day 3:Trekking to Erta Ale. Overnight camping.

Day 4: Erta Ale night Dodom. Overnight camping.

Day 5:Dodom – on the road to Dallol. Overnight camping

Day 6: Dallol. Overnight, camping.

Day 7: Dallol. Overnight camping.

Day 8: Dallol- Hamedella. Overnight camping.

Day 9: Hamedela- Mekelle. Overnight camping.

Day 10: Mekelle–Kombolcha. Overnight camping.
