Our Company is
established as per the rules and regulations of Ethiopian government and
specializes in safari and a cultural tour to meet individual customers'
interest and organize different packages to suit your travel plans for
over a decade.
Our experienced safari and cultural tour guides and drivers who were in
this business for more than 10 years will share with you their knowledge
and exceptional insight of the country.
Our fleet of special 4WD safari cruisers which are fully insured and in
excellent condition equipped with a two way radio communication ,
mobile phone communication facilities and comfortable window seats offer
the best way to experience the well known natural beauty of Ethiopia's
many national parks, game reserves, historical, cultural and natural
heritage sites.
For the town Addis and surrounding places of interest, we will provide
you well equipped and comfortable Minibuses (10-12 seats), coaster buses
(25-27 seats) and first class comfortable 35 seats Mercedes bus equipped
with air conditioning and W.C.
We are working mainly with Ethiopian Airlines, Lufthansa, British
Airways and other airline offices to meet our customer's demand in
relation with flight reservation.
Liability
Red Jackal tour operator and its agents in all the destinations act only
as agents of passengers in all matters related to hotel accommodation,
all ground and flight transportation, and any other related services,
and it shall not be liable for injury, schedule change or delay, loss or
damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.
Red Jackal tour operator's liability to passengers carried in its own
vehicles is governed by the laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject
to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of
action arises.
While every care is taken, Red Jackal tour operator cannot be held
responsible for loss of or damage to baggage or other personal
belongings.
Payment
Red Jackal tour operator shall accept agencies or individual requests
for tours, safaris, car hire and other related services in good faith.
Therefore, Up On confirmation of tours, agencies making bookings with
Red Jackal tour shall make payments as follows:
1. 50% upon confirmation of the tour.
2. The rest of the payment will be settled up on arrival.
3. If complete payment has not been made as per above, Red Jackal tour
is not obliged to accept the client to conduct the tour unless other
arrangements have been made beforehand, and no refunds will be made.
Cancellations
Cancellations of tour bookings must be made in writing, and are subject
to the following charges:
1. From 60 days to 30 days prior to departure, an administrative fee of
US$50.00 per person will be effected.
2. 30 days to 15 days prior to departure, a fee of 50% of the tour price
will be charged.
3. Cancellations made within 15 days prior to departure, no refund will
be made.
4. Trip cancellation and baggage insurance is recommended.

payment , we do accept Cash as well as credit cards
